“These clothes are such high quality! I’ve been coming here for about 11 yrs for all my cute pinup attire! The girls that work there are totally in the scene and they know what they are doing. They are so amazing!”

“Look , this is my honest review no lying. I love too look and shop in here. Everything in this store is beautiful but the shopping experience that I have here is a hit or miss. There is always one lady in particular who makes the environment uncomfortable. When I see her working there, I sometimes don’t even wanna step into the store because of the attitude she has and it honestly sucks that it’s EVERY TIME she’s working. My last straw was when I walked into the store she looked at me and didn’t acknowledge me. As i was shopping, other people walked in and she was quick to acknowledge them ?? Also another time I went to go look for a waist belt she brushed past me without even saying excuse me and she does this allot unfortunately. Even asking to try something on or grab something for you is somehow an inconvenience to her. In general, when i go into the store she stares at me and it feels so judgemental and makes me wanna hurry up and leave. The rest of the workers are absolutely sweet and i appreciate that so much. The lady I am talking about has long straight black hair with Bettie bangs and she is pale and petite often wears red lipstick. All I ask from the pin up boutique is to please do something about this because I have spoken to multiple other people across different platforms about this and they all tell me it’s the same lady that makes them feel this way and it sucks because I absolutely adore this place.”

“I went to this store looking for a dress for an upcoming dance, and can honestly say it was THE WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I came in and asked one of the workers if they were able to grab me a dress I wanted to try on, and when I went to the fitting room to try it on it was simply a hassle and by far the most uncomfortable experience I have ever been in. The woman refused to let me put the dress on myself and asked my boyfriend (who was standing outside the dressing areas) to leave. At some point I had closed the curtain after feeling disgusted and in all honesty taken advantage of, only to hear the woman tell me to open the curtain because SHE needed to take the dress off. I told her it’s okay and that I was able to take it off myself and she had again told me “sorry, but no it’s a liability”. I understand they may not want their dresses to break, but as a more than capable woman, I was able to take it off myself without damaging the dress. Ultimately I was displeased with the service and want to advise you all if you are wanting to find a cute or elegant dress, save yourself the time and don’t bother going in this store.”

“I mean I definitely like the items they have but everytime I come it's like a total bitchfest. Like I do not understand how a store can consistently have terrible service it's extremely annoying. I work in customer service, it's not that hard to act polite and respectful. I saw one of the workers on their phone talking about sugar daddies which I am astonished about because if I had a job where I can just use my phone for phone calls that are not work-related I would surely enjoy my time working there! I want to continue to shop here but I am so hesistant to because of the judgmental looks and passive aggressive comments! I'd rather claw my own eyes out than to purchase from them again. If you need another pin up store to go to I suggest one that is in the montclair plaza, they are definitely nicer there. #fixyourattitude”
